How it works

Book your test

Conveniently at our Durbanville or Cape Town practice.

Testing session

You’ll run on a treadmill while we monitor your breathing, heart rate, and oxygen usage. The intensity gradually increases to help us find your actual VO₂ max.

Results and guidance

You’ll receive an easy-to-read report with your VO₂ max and training recommendations. You will walk away knowing where your strengths and weaknesses are and how to train more efficiently to reach your goals.
