Coaching isn’t just for the pros. RunningSmart's coaching services are designed for beginners, recreational runners, and runners returning from injury. I’m here to help you achieve your running goals: getting fitter, running stronger, preparing for your first race, or hitting a new personal best. Most importantly, I want running to remain something you look forward to.

I coach both road and trail runners, focusing on:

Road running

– 10 km, half marathons, marathons, and the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon (or equivalent distance)

Trail running

5–55 km races

I set up your profile on our easy-to-use app, tailoring your plan to your schedule, fitness level, and running goals.

Weekly runs and tracking

Your runs are uploaded each week. Your watch syncs with the app (or you can provide manual feedback), allowing your coach to monitor progress, give guidance, and plan ahead.

Flexible, month-to-month plans

Your plan is designed month-to-month, so you can pause, cancel, or use the service only when needed.
